W hotelu jesteśmy kolejny raz... ostatnim razem było na 5 z wykrzyknikiem... teraz widać zmiany .... tylko na lepsze. Pokoje funkcjonalne, eleganckie i czyste. Dobrze wyposażone. Śniadania i obiadoklacje fuul wypas .. naprawde ponadprzeciętne... pycha. Basen extra, seanse filmowe - super pomysł. Największą zaletą jest obsluga - Panie na śniadaniach uśmiechnięte i sympatyczne, front recepcji młody i energiczmy - aż miło. Dla mnie the best to p. Jacek z baru.. aż chce się z nim być... leje szczerze, uśmiechnięty, fajny... pozazdrościć takiego gościa w ekipie przyciąga gości. Mam platynowy status w sieci AllAccor niejedno widziałem i niejedno znam.... Generalnia super załoga w super hotelu. Dzięki za pobyt

Jacuzzi/pool facilities overcrowded and noisy. Lack if towels Misleading information provided by staff regarding pool usage and dining facilities. Poorly cooked, inedible food. Breakfast limited choice. Hotel location good for trains but a good 20 minutes walk to a very small town Appeared to be occupied by young sports teams who were given priority over other hotel guests....not a relaxing experience

First I got a room that was not cleaned. Bed was a mess and garbage all around. Luckily I got another room immediately. The receptionist was very good in handling this situation. Wi-Fi was great, parking great, breakfast great. One of the best Ibis in Poland. Could go back again.

Hotel znajduje się w spokojnym miejscu polecam widok z okna na góry które były częściowo pokryte śniegiem Nowoczesne, przestronne pokoje W hotelu jest basen z którego nie skorzystaliśmy Cisza spokój tylko się relaksować

I know it’s about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Nowy targ but it’s a Great hotel with excellent facilities I will be staying here again please remember to bring your walking shoes and swimming gear
