"I chose the hotel because of the early check-in and luggage storage services. Convenient location - city center, opposite the railway station, metro station, bus stops. Comfortable to get to different points of the city. The room is clean, the bathroom had all the accessories. The only downside - the refrigerator did not work and smelled of rotten fish. But we did not use it, because we stayed for one night. Overall, the experience of staying is positive, next time we will stay here"

"Сотрудники на ресепшене хорошие и доброжелательные, на этом все. В самом номере нет самый обычных базовых для отеля вещей, которые очень испортили настроение. Как только зашли, увидели что в номере нет ни одного пакетика чая, затем обратили внимание, что ПИТЬЕВОЙ ВОДЫ в номере тоже нет. Захотите обработать обычную под температурой в чайнике - сидите ждите полчаса, пока она остынет, потому что разбавить вам будет также нечем. Дальше - хуже, в номере нет фена. Если вы приехали сюда и не дай бог решили помыть голову - сушите ее сутки самостоятельно, потому что выйти с влажной головой на улице в Новосибирске тождественно мгновенному заработку ангины. Кстати о холоде, в номере ужасно холодно, температура здесь не регулируется. И самое интересное: сняли номер для того, чтобы поспать перед международным вылетом, потому что уже сутки не видели сна и не увидим его ещё одни сутки. В итоге от возможных пяти часов сна мы получили полчаса от силы, потому что весь день где-то очень близко (по ощущениям в соседних апартаментах) кто-то делал ремонт и очень громко и без остановок СВЕРЛИЛ. И все эти блага цивилизации за пять тысяч рублей. Отвратительно, потраченных нервов, денег, сил и времени жаль. Никому не советую эту шарашкину кантору"

"Останавливались в этом отеле на сутки. Всё необходимое в номере есть (в индивидуальной упаковке гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щётка, паста, были халат и тапочки). Чайника в номере нет, но есть кулер с горячей водой на этаже. Оплачивали проживание с завтраком. Завтрак очень достойный, достаточно разнообразный и главное вкусно приготовленный. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный."

"Ну если честно, рядом разруха и чтобы что-то было из прилично (кафе, рестораны, улицы), нужно выбираться от отеля. Внешне сам отель тоже не ахти, в Нутри более менее, чисто, но туалет отдельно от номера на несколько комнат, это что-то, про душ говорить не буду, как на вокзале. Единственное персонал приветственный и отзывчивый. Больше там не остановимся, цены считаю за номера завышены."
