Чисто, уютно, гостеприимно, тепло, адекватная цена, оформление экспресс заезда/выезда. Очень доброжелательный администратор на рецепшене, к сожалению имя не узнала, спасибо за тёплый приём (заселились утром 04.11.2023). Чистый номер и хорошее постельное белье, мягкий матрас, что для нас с мужем самое важное. Отличный бесплатный завтрак (каши 3 вида, яйца, колбаса, горячий чай, кофе, шоколад) сразу с дороги накормили, что ещё нужно уставшему путнику в холодную погоду, за что отдельное спасибо. В номере огромный телевизор с голосовым управлением, чайник, мыльные принадлежности, сейф. Не хочется выходить из номера))). Ещё вернёмся, благодарим! Гостиницу добавили в "избранные"!

В конце лета ездили всей семьёй в Новосибирск, перед школой выгулить детей и за покупками. Остановились в этом гостевом доме, номер люкс на 3м этаже. Номер большой, светлый, состоит из 2х комнат,как стодия. В большой комнате полноценная кухна, стиральная машина. А ещё дети оценили огромный телевизор и игровую приставку. На крыше бассейн и беседки с газовым грилем, после дневных гуляний очень приятно там отдохнуть. В подвале спортзал и тенисный стол. Утром вкусный завтрак, который входит в стоимость проживания. Рекомендую.

Заезжали семьей с двумя детьми в полулюкс, номер просторный, чистый, теплый и светлый. Есть кухонный уголок с микроволновкой, посуда, очень удобно. Кровать широкая, ОГРОМНЫЙ телевизор! 😃 В столовой дети бесплатно могли поиграть в приставку игровую, есть большой спортзал, там же теннис и бильярд. Завтрак утром бесплатный и вкусный. Мы остались довольны выбором отеля. Рекомендуем!

Проживали с 26 июля и после первой же ночи съехали с отеля! Отвратительный отель, персонал хоть и доброжелательный, но не честный! Не достоверно предоставляют информацию о бронировании! В номере очень грязно, кровать ужасно скрипит, дверь входная в номер тоже скрипит, мебель старая, как и сантехника! Нет прикроватных розеток, а лампа настольная вообще не работает! На завтраке пригоревшая каша в мультиварке, молоко с запахом, сама кухня очень грязная! Не рекомендую этот отель!!! Видимо те кто пишут прекрасные отзывы сами работники отеля, либо людям волшебным образом повезло с номером
