Были 3 ночи с семьей. Не назову пребывание здесь идеальным, есть что можно было бы улучшить, но в целом нам понравилось. Из плюсов: роскошные завтраки с шампанским, красной рыбой, вафлями, меренговым рулетом и другими вкусностями. Меняется ассортимент каждый день. Большой крытый бассейн, хорошо топят в зоне бассейна, не холодно выходить из воды. Уборка каждый день. Халаты и все что надо есть в номере. Мягкое хорошее белье. Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом прогулочные зоны и много ресторанов. Отличный приветливый персонал и роскошное печенье на ресепшене. А также бутылочка вина в баре в подарок. Парковка входит в стоимость. Что хотелось бы улучшить: не хватало полотенцесушителя с подогревом. Он есть, но не греется и вещи сушить по сути негде. Старый ковролин в номере портит впечатление. Воду можно было бы греть в бассейне сильнее. Мне казалась холодной. Но общее впечатление отличное. Спасибо отелю и персоналу за хороший отдых.

J'ai été très bien accueilli dans l'hôtel. Séjour c'est très bien passé. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens en 6 mois et c'est toujours un grand plaisir d'y séjourner. La chambre était parfaite, le nettoyage se fait tous les jours. Je prenais mon petit déjeuner tous les jours et c'est parfait. Enormément de choix.

Мы уже определенное время сотрудничаем с этим отелем и в целом всегда все хорошо! Уже многие писали про СПА, вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал, оборудованные номера. Все так! Но вот в этот раз подвели( Наверное когда такой уровень, ты привыкаешь и не ждешь ничего другого. Заселился в номер, там постоянно выбивало пробки и выключался свет. попросил прислать мастера 1 раз - он не пришел. Попросил второй раз - он пришел, исправил, через 5 минут все по новой. Попросил меня переселить - отказ, нет мест. И никаких альтернативных вариантов девушки на ресепшн не предложили. Странно видеть такое отношение, тем более к постоянным клиентам.

Был по работе в командировке, все очень понравилось. Завтрак выше всех похвал. Персонал приветливый, все улыбаются. Был в СПА, бассейн есть. Все необходимое в номере имеется. Отель расположен шикарно - рядом набережная, магазинчики, много кафе и ресторанов. Буду рад побывать здесь вновь!

Отель топ. По пятибальной шкале ставим 10+. За два года впервые вырвались вдвоем с супругой на пару дней отдохнуть. Сначала выбрали другой отель, подешевле. Но пока ехали в ласточке, глянули фото Хилтона, плюнули на все и взяли номер с террасой. Коротко о преимуществах: - шикарное расположение, на набережной, вокруг парк, магазин Табрис, ряд хороших кафе и ресторанов ну и естественно вид на море.....без слов - обслуживание, вот начиная от звонка для брони и посадкой в такси при отъезде, это был уровень. персонал доброжелательный, приветливый. Входят в любое положение. Отдельное спасибо девушки с ресепшн по имени Анастасия, которая была на смене с 8 утра до 14 дня. Дважды обращались с очень не стандартными просьбами, все сделано! без заморочек. Очень приятно. - завтраки. Не будем тут много писать, но они божественны, особенно лимонад апельсиновый и скрамбл. Ту тоже мы отметили паренька с кухни, супруга очень хотела сырников, когда мы пришли их не было, но нам их сделали за 7 минут. - удобство в номерах, на уровне. я бы не сказал, что это 4 звезды. это 5. (я бывал в 5 и в РФ и за бугром). - ну и конечно же СПА зона. все современное аккуратно. персонал приветливый и внимательны, сауна, хамам, 2 бассейна, кардио зон. все на уровне. и много что учтено для детей. В общем много чего еще можно написать. Но теперь если едем на черное море, то только сюда! Хиллтон Новоросс - Вы лучшие

Хилтон держит уровень. Уже не первый раз приезжаем с разными целями и в разной компании - но за качество респект. Прекрасный сервис, чисто. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Прекрасный спа и бассейн. Доступность центра, набережной, бесплатный паркинг. Однозначно 10 из 10 )
