Una experiencia decepcionante
Mala experiencia en general. Al llegar nos dicen que tienen una habitación mejor, es decir con mejores vistas, que la que teníamos reservada (cuando reservamos con esta web no había distinciones dentro de la categoría doble superior) por un precio adicional de €40 la noche (rebajado desde €90). Le pedimos que antes nos enseñen la reservada originalmente y nos dice que no esta aún limpia, siendo ya las 14:20h y que habría que esperar 45 mins más para poder verla. Voy con un niño de 2 años. Obviamente no puedo esperar y por política no pueden decirme que la habitación no está lista a partir de las 14:00h. En fin, un timo para que caigas. Esto es solo un pequeño ejemplo de mil cosas mas para que exprimir al cliente, incluyendo gastos de mini bar (solo agua) que no ves en ningún sitio, precio de parking, tumbonas de playa, etc. No solo esto, en general todos los servicios y calidades de este hotel, son los de un hotel de 4 estrellas como mucho, todo disfrazado de hotel de 5. Una experiencia decepcionante que para nosotros que era de los pocos días que podíamos disfrutar en familia, nos han estropeado. Decepcionante.

God stemning og service
Blev modtaget med tilbud om et glas Cava ved ankomst. Fantastisk modtagelse.
Da hotellet er stort er det en fordel at blive vist vej til værelset. Dejlig rummelig værelser med gode faciliteter. Pool område er skønt med sti til stranden hvor der er hotel café. Morgen buffe er uovertruffen.

Den ersten Eindruck macht man nur einmal! Und dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich noch nie so herzlich und zuvorkommend in einem Hotel begrüßt behandelt wurde. Wir hatten eine lange Anreise und waren um 10 Uhr vormittags im Hotel. DieBegrüßung der Angestellten an der Rezeption: "Wir laden Sie erstmal zum Frühstück ein, die Anmeldung können wir danach machen!" Dieser Eindruck setzte sich während des gesamten Aufenthaltes fort! Es heißt ja immer wieder "Der Kunde ist König!" Hier ist der Kunde kein König sondern er ist Partner. Man begegnet dem gesamten Personal auf Augenhöhe und man bekommt eine Herzlichkeit, die man leider sehr selten findet. Diese Aussage gilt für das gesamte Personal! Man fühlt sich als Familie! Wir haben ein Kärtchen aufs Zimmer bekommen "Fühlen Sie sich wie zuhause!" Das haben wir wirklich! Die Architektur ist großzügeig und ansprechend, die Zimmer sind groß und lichtdurchflutet. Selbst das Badezimmer hat geschätzt ca. 10qm. Man merkt, dass man sich beim Bau sehr sehr viele Gedanken gemacht hat. Auch die Außenanlage mit dem Poolbereich ist mehr als ansprechend. Das Buffet, egal ob zum Frühstück oder abends, ist beispiellos. So eine Vielfalt und Auswahl habe ich bisher noch nicht gesehen - und ich habe sehr viele Hotels und gute Hotels international gesehen und habe dort übernachtet. Ich kann nur eins sagen - wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und ein Riesenkompliment an das gesamte Personal. Wir wissen jetzt, was es heißt, zuhause zu sein, wenn man unterwegs ist!
