I think the best part is the structure, which is great for kids and the beach really nice. The entertainment staff and waiters are all extremely kind. The extremely low point is the food, which is blunt, with repetitive menus and not a lot of daily choices. The restaurant is completely crowded and not very welcoming. Even with plenty of free tables, the waiters ask you to crowd yourself into everyone else. The service at the restaurant is kind but very amateur. Plates remain at the table, they are unable to cater to allergies with any sophistication and do not ask anything out of the all inclusive as they just don’t understand. As the food is important for us, I wouldn’t come back probably. A shame as the Iberostar Waves in Mallorca is much better so we had high expectations

El mejor hotel de la Barrosa. Tiene la mejor ubicación, la comida buenísima, la limpieza de 10, pero lo mejor de todo es el servicio del personal: Celia la subdirectora, Kiko, Vanesa, Diego, Fidel y Blanca de recepción, Bocanegra, Fran, Abraham, Lucas, Yulissa, Juani, Jesús, Lorenzo, Rubi de bares... Luis, Nico, Oliva y Mario de animación. Son todos MARAVILLOSOS!!! Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Das an einem traumhaften Strand gelegene Hotel befindet sich durch Renovierung auf dem aktuellen Hotelstandard. Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Essen war, trotz Buffet, abwechslungsreich und hatte auch eine regionale Komponente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A lovely stay with friends and family. The golf course is beautiful and well-organized. I liked everything about the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Spain. Great beach, varied, and quality food. And the best thing about the hotel is the staff, who are super friendly and attentive.
