Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die großzügige Poollandschaft, insbesondere der Pool direkt am Meer. Er bietet nicht nur eine traumhafte Kulisse zum Entspannen, sondern eignet sich auch hervorragend für unvergessliche Fotos – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch der Service im Hotel war auf höchstem Niveau. Das Personal überzeugte mit Herzlichkeit, Professionalität und echter Gastfreundschaft. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Bar Gusto, wo wir von Monika bedient wurden – einer ausgesprochen freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiterin. Sie erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch mit einem Lächeln und schuf mit ihrer offenen, herzlichen Art eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre. Ob früh am Morgen oder spät am Abend – Monika war stets motiviert und aufmerksam und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für die Gäste. Ein ganz besonderes Kompliment möchten wir Jelena aussprechen – eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin, die in verschiedenen Bereichen tätig war und sich mit großer Hingabe für das Wohl der Gäste einsetzte. Mit ihrer offenen, humorvollen und kommunikativen Art brachte sie nicht nur Schwung in den Tag, sondern sorgte auch immer wieder für ein Lächeln auf den Gesichtern der Gäste. Ihre Freude an der Arbeit war jederzeit spürbar – eine echte Bereicherung für das Hotel. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen.

Hotelanlage schön mit viel Grün und sehr gepflegt, Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, Abendessen eher eine Massenabfertigung aber ist bei der Hotelgrösse nicht anders zu erwarten, grosser Parkplatz gratis, Liegen und Schirm für Hotelgäste am Strand kostem 18 Euro extra, Standard Zimmer in Ordnung aber sehr klein, Person freundlich aber Bestellungungen brauchen sehe lange

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön gelegen und es hätte alles was es braucht, ist aber wirklich hauptpriorisiert auf Geld verdienen! ALLES kostet extra, gerade dass du nicht noch zahlen musst um die Klospülung benutzen zu dürfen. Ich bin als Schwangere gereist und ich muss nicht königlich behandelt werden, aber als ich mich einmal auf eine komplett kaputte Liege, die voll von Vogelsch*e war und nur noch zur Hälfte vorhanden war, gelegen hatte, ich trotzdem nach einer Sekunde weggestaubt wurde wenn ich jetzt nicht gleich 18€ dafür zahle, ich darauf gebeten hatte noch 1 Minute kurz sitzen bleiben zu dürfen weil ich von dem Weg zum Strand sehr erschöpft war ( wie gesagt, 8. Monat schwanger) & die Antwort ein sehr lautes, drohendes NEIN war.. das war schon die Höhe.. Ich kenne es einfach nicht so behandelt zu werden. Alles auch sehr überfüllt (sehr wenig Plätze zum draußen essen abends) & die Zimmer sind wirklich frech ( Türgriff kam uns direkt entgegen, Dusche konnte nicht ablaufen, daher ganzes Bad überschwemmt & ja Zimmer sind hald sehr sehr klein) Haha aber gut, dass ist mir meistens im Urlaub egal, wenn draußen alles passt. Positiv zu bewerten: Buffet ist wirklich lecker, die Umgebung ist schön.

Un hotel bellissimo sulla spiaggia. Offre ogni tipo di servizio possibile, il personale è molto gentile. Una piscina interna, una esterna e spiaggia perfette, camera bellissima e molto pulita. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del mio viaggio e ci tornerei volentieri.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Service shocking , cleanliness issues , does not enforce smoking guidance especially in restaurant . Management amateur - definitely not even 2 star. Food cold and they put hot food on top of cold. Inadequate number of public area toilets which led to lack of cleanliness . Rooms were not even as good as a travel lodge !

Das kann nicht sein, erst wenn man schon gegessen hat,traurig aber wahr. Das müsste in so einer Hotelanlage ja wohl möglich sein, es ging nicht nur uns so,sondern auch unseren Bekannten . Wir waren davor schon 2x hier,aber diesen Mangel gab es noch nie.
