房間還挺好的，就是不給提供瓶裝水，咖啡機也是漏水的，步行5分鐘就有家川菜館，終於可以解饞了，點了酸菜魚，回鍋肉，也終於吃上了米飯。

The front desk personnel during check-in in the evening were not at all helpful and no willingness to support or help any guests queries but I was taken away with the one in the morning time, excellent attitude towards guests. Breakfast was pretty good, nice selection as well warm. Overall I would recommend it.

Dirty, overcharged my bill when it was free night and i was told there were no charges upon checkout out. Phone dirty and not functional, popcorn in the bed. Some front desk not nice. Food could be better. Was told fee would be taken off and it wasnt!

Without a doubt the best place to stay when attending a convention at Novi’s Suburban Collection Showcase. Hyatt Place is connected to the convention center, so activities are just a short walk from your cozy room. There’s also a swimming pool for soaking, and the staff is amongst the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel, too. I’d give Hyatt Place five stars, but the dining options were limited. Fortunately plenty of restaurants are a short drive away!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and very friendly staff! I really enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby, too. My daughter enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend that anyone staying in the area stay at this hotel, either with their family or solo. Perfect hotel!

Love staying at this hotel for the annual Great Lakes Mega Meet. This hotel has always met our expectations beyond measure. This trip we were a little disappointed with the breakfast. French toast strips each morning were hard and chewy. Little links were over cooked and chewy every morning. Many other choices of breakfast items to eat. Always love having oatmeal.
