The entrance to the building where my room was located was locked, so I thought the security measures were good.
Breakfast was not included, but coffee and tea were available at the front desk.
There was a smell as soon as I entered the room, and when I opened the door under the kitchen sink the smell was quite strong, so I turned on the bathroom exhaust fan and went to sleep.
I had used the microwave in the morning, so there was detergent to wash the dishes, but no sponges.
The room itself was clean and there was no mold. However, when I looked under the bed there was a lot of trash on the floor.

The RUDEST STAFF AND HOTEL. I was trying to help a friend going through a tough time. I got her a room for the night and thought it would not be an issue to pay with a credit card by phone. They let me make the booking and wait until she TRIES TO CHECK IN, tell her she can’t, it’s against their “policy” — how do people make reservations for others out of town? I’ve never heard of something like this and I am in business. It was discriminatory. They disrespected a very kind person so much she called me crying— they charged me a cancellation fee (they wouldn’t let me do it over the phone once she was there and ready) and she left. And they are still charging me not only for the room but the fee. I call to clear it up— four times now— nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE OR SUPPORT THIS PLACE.

I checked in and, within ten minutes, decided to leave the property. I would rather forfeit the payment for my three-day reservation than stay there. The smell of **** and tobacco was overwhelming, and the hallways were filled with trash. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I am genuinely surprised it has a 7.8 rating, as it appears that people are actually living there.
