Hotels with Breakfast in Novi

Everything is great, especially with hot springs and gym, the breakfast is great, the reception is very nice, and it would be better if you could have toiletries. I couldn't use the elevator, but the room was on the second floor. 😊😊 Going out to see the little squirrel, surprise

The outside of this hotel makes it look quite clean and accommodating however, looks are deceiving. I was booked a room for 2 nights, (not cheap) and was assigned a room at the back of the hotel. The room was not as clean as it should be. The lamp in the corner was broken, there is a distinct lack of accessible plugs for laptops and cell phone. The carpet looked like it needed a good shampoo and the chair by the bed definitely needed an upholstery clean. The bathroom was far from clean with a dirty tissue dispenser, a portable mirror on the vanity was absolutely filthy underneath and the tile calking on the floor was brown with heavy staines. Even the room number on the telephone did not match the actual room number. The room safe was unable to be opened as the previous guest had locked it and left it with their own combination. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. I decided to only stay the one night.

The staff was super friendly. I would give the staff a 5 star but the hotel itself was terrible. The rooms were terrible. There was mold in my sink. You can tell they were hiding mold with the terrible caulk job around the sink. They really need to call the contractor to have those fixed because they were not installed correctly and that is why they are having an issue. The rooms had a terrible musty odor that did not go away. The rooms were freezing cold. There was a thermostat in the room but no matter what you set it too, the room never got warmer making it difficult to sleep. When you do go, be prepared to pay additional $125 has a holding fee. You will get it back, but the amount they take is just ridiculous. Most hotels don't hold more than $75. This really tied up my budget for the weekend and this was never communicated when booking. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. Probably because they painted over the wallpaper making this a not so inviting stay. The open pool behind the bar made it difficult to enjoy that area with the smell of chlorine. There is so much moisture in the air that you feel like you are entering a not clean damp space, Probably from the open pool. The building was tucked away behind a shopping center in a corner. The building looks run down and I drove around a couple times not thinking that was the actual hotel. It did not feel safe or somewhere I would want to be with my kids.

Just wanted to get away from home for a night and the hotel exceeded my expectations! The lobby has a really nice bar & pantry area. And the room is lovely! This might be my new go to hotel in Michigan.

I had a wonderful experience with the Hilton Garden Inn. I came for a conference and needed some accommodations as a nursing mother who needed space to pump several times throughout the day. Ms. Jess at the front desk was an absolute angel. She helped facilitate some exchanges of materials while I was in the conference to my childcare providers, and always greeted us with a smile and positivity. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this location for a two day meeting. The meeting space was clean, set up perfectly and EVERY staff member including Basil the Manager was extremely professional and willing to help. The attention to detail was amazing, and they always checked to make sure everything was up to snuff. My room was extremely clean, and anything I needed was responded to immediately. Even the janitor made sure that we didn't need anything in the breakfast area before he mopped there. It is obvious that Basil leads a ”Service First” team and it is trickled down through to every team member. I absolutely recommend staying or hosting a meeting at this location. Extremely well done.

This is THE Premier hotel in the Novi area. I've stayed at almost all of the local hotels across Hilton & Marriott and this one beats them all. Worth every penny to have such a clean room, great staff and a fabulous restaurant all in one well-maintained hotel. I'm sort of surprised it's labelled a 3-star hotel but I guess the rating system has changed. In my past this would have been a 4-star hotel. Excellent location with lots to do & amazing restaurants within a stone's throw of the front door. Their Executive Floor is key-accessible only so only those who have a room on that floor will be in the hallways and the robes are nice! The snack center is the best in town. Room service has been awesome with fast service & great food. Everyone in the local area knows & loves the Toasted Oak. For someone with allergies, this hotel has all the right things in place to bring me back. I've been here for 10-day stays recurring this last month & will be back to do that again right after Christmas. Rooms are really spacious, allowing for lots of luggage. If you want top-notch service, great beds, and an all-around great visit, stop by Renaissance Hotel in Novi. You won't be disappointed.

I told the staff there that the breakfast buffet was the BEST I've ever had at a Hyatt Place or any other hotel. The fruit bowl on Yogurt was delicious. All the food was well prepared and good for our hunger. Aaron there was tremendous help on directions to the football game! The gym was perfect for what I needed and they have a great pool.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with fireplace and had a fantastic three day weekend reuniting Denver and Traverse City family. Very clean with comfortable king beds. Breakfasts were above average for hotel breakfasts. We made dinner two nights, everything we needed for cooking was there. Great location between Ann Arbor and Detroit and adjacent to Twelve Oaks Mall. Definitely recommend.
