Personale di buffet non fa servizi, per domanda a portare qualcosa inizia urlare, non hanno rispetto per ospiti, il personale insulta e umilia i clienti, il buffet è aperto fino alle 9 ma non vogliono servire alle 8.30 già, indica all'ospite che proviene da un altro paese e che deve rimanere in silenzio.

Gigantic bed, pity I slept there alone. Everything clean, beautiful breakfast. All smooth. Good location, 1km walk to the town centre. Next to a large Carrefour and a café. I have been here before and I am sure will be there again. in the town.

Da migliorare.
L'hotel non è male ma strapieno di oggetti, gagliardetti, pendoli, orologi, macchine da scrivere, statue, statuette ecc. che danno una sensazione di disordine. Le camere pulite ma avrebbero bisogno di una rimodernata (paralumi macchiati dall usura per esempio). Il servizio colazione è troppo presto per una coppia che ci soggiorna per vacanza o svago (dalle 6 alle 9). Siamo arrivati alle 9 meno cinque e non abbiamo trovato più cornetti. Alle 9.05 mentre facevamo colazione la cameriera ci ha spalancato tutte le finestre della sala (faceva piuttosto fresco!) e spento le luci, per farci capire che ce ne dovevamo andare.
Hotel non ecosostenibile perché pieno di plastica monouso, addirittura i bicchieri per l'acqua e i succhi di frutta sono di plastica!

Every business trip to Novara
When in Novara, I always stay here. I used to visit Novara once a month for about a year and I have tried about ten different hotels, all recommended on various sites. This is the only place I will stay at. Sure the decorations are eclectic and the bed pillows are big, but the staff is fantastic, location unbeatable and breakfast suits most tastes, from southern European with sweeets and strong coffee to Northern European with eggs, hearty bread, cold cuts etc. My home in Novara

Prima wat oubollig hotel prijs/kwaliteit in balans
Beetje oubollig hotel en wel één met een eigen stijl wat het ook weer knus maakt. Bij aankomst zijn wij overvallen door muggen. Dit komt blijkbaar door rijstvelden inde omgeving. Ook in de lobby veel muggen… inchecken gaat prima echter uitingen in het Engels zou welkom zijn voor buitenlandse gasten. Airco was ingeschakeld door receptioniste voor ons verblijf zodat kamer koel was. Op de kamer geen last van de muggen. Bed en douche is prima. Veel handdoeken en extra tandenborstel etc is aanwezig. Ontbijt is prima en ze hebben goede verse koffie. Er was een heel aardige vrouw die iedereen hielp met wensen etc…. Prima service dus! Mijn advies zou zijn om ook meer aandacht te geven aan gezonde producten zoals sla, tomaten etc… Wel waren er mooie taarten voor de liefhebber. Volgens ons zijn die door het bedrijf zelf gebakken en dus lekker vers. Parkeren kun je hier gratis en voor de deur. Prijs/kwaliteit is hier prima in balans.
