Superbe établissement de construction récente, propreté irréprochable, un buffet de petit-déjeuner complet, copieux, bien présenté. De très beaux sanitaires bien entretenus, bref, difficile de trouver un reproche.

Hotel da dimenticare....non lo consiglio per niente....pulizia assente, moquette ovunque, bagno piccolo con doccia da.... Non ho parole.....buffet della colazione e della cena scarso e poco variato. Se per caso soffri di intolleranze alimentari aiuto...... Unica nota positiva la posizione dell'hotel.....praticamente sei in centro.... Sicuramente se tornerò a Pag eviterò di tornarci...

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Minussterne vergeben. Im Zimmer ist ein undefinierbarer Geruch, der vermutlich von den Rohren aus dem Bad kommt. Die Betten quietschen und krachen. Alles ist schon so in die Jahre gekommen, das es eine komplette Sanierung benötigt. Beim Essen kann man sich nicht einmal etwas zu Trinken bestellen, da kein Kellner vorhanden ist. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Außerdem ist der ältere Mann (Kellner) von der Beach Bar des Hotels sehr unfreundlich, immer streitlustig und macht perverse Anspielungen. Ich würde das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben selten so einen miserablen Aufenthalt erlebt! Das Personal, insbesondere die Kellner, sind einfach nur unfreundlich und absolut inkompetent. Frische Handtücher? Fehlanzeige! Ich musste sie jedes Mal selbst abholen, weil es offenbar zu viel verlangt ist, sie aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Das Badezimmer stank unerträglich nach Abfluss – wirklich ekelerregend! Man hat das Gefühl, dass Beschwerden hier vollkommen ignoriert werden. Niemand fühlt sich zuständig, und das Unbehagen war unser ständiger Begleiter. Spart euch diesen Horror und zahlt lieber mehr für ein anständiges Hotel! Dieses hier ist keinen Cent wert.

Hotel is good enough, very close to the beach and shops etc. Only down side is there is no lift and only air conditioning in the bedroom. We arrived and it was a heat wave, 40 degrees. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs which was very hard going. All in all nice hotel though with friendly atmosphere for families

Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!! I went nearly a year ago and this trip still haunts me!!!! They market it as the plaza version which is next door and you are completely miss sold. The food is terrible and the rooms are even worse. No proper air con, bugs in the room, dirty, smells, no lift even with high floors. The area is overrun with European young teens on their spring break - as in hundreds and hundreds of drunk teens night and day. Breakfast was terrible and we didn’t eat it most days as it made us ill!!! Don’t fall for their scam run a mile!!! I only got £25 back in compensation…

Hotel to avoid Very disappointing experience. The hotel smelled everywhere, a musty and musty smell and the furniture/bathrooms are very old. The staff is not friendly at all (we don't feel comfortable ordering a drink because we will force them to work). Only the room staff are smiling and friendly (a hello from them seems incredible to us!)

Service 1/5, rooms 1/5, hospitality 0/5, it s in the central location so everything is nearby. We booked a classic room with double bed and they gave us 2 single beds. May be it's not an issue for most people but my wife is pregnant and it's uncomfortable to sleep on this bed for her. They told us they will change it next day and the day later when we asked first they behaved as they never said that to us and then they tell us all they have these single beds in this entire hotel. Overall bad experience for us anyways.
