A new spa hotel close to the town of Novalja, Croatia. A basic room, spa facilities (only one sauna was in function), a restaurant (mostly empty, we were there out of season), simple breakfast, helpfull stuff. We were there by car so it was easy to visit some historical sights and other attractions, and get to the starting point of hiking tours.

Fraud experience.
They had not my reservation. They want to charge me a double price that I already paid to you. So it will cost me triple. And all without an bills, neather from you or the hotel. At the reception they never heard about your app and they said it is a fraud.
I think you make a fraudulent payment to me, so I will advice my bank, first thing in the morning.

Missing important details
The staff are extremely friendly and well trained. The internet does not work in your room. Shower water pressure is terrible barely enough to rise soap from your body.
Al carte in the restaurant is incredible, buffet food is not good, coffee with breakfast buffet is terrible. Coffee in the lobby is good.

It was amazing. Ultra clean. Excellent price for what you get. It is very close to the city centre. Beach are also pretty close. I dont havr any negative thoughts about this hotel.

L'hôtel est très moderne ,les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel très souriant et au top je n'ai rien a redire . L'emplacement seulement 10min a pied du centre de novalja
