Eravamo in zona di mattina ed abbiamo telefonato per sapere se prima dell'orario previsto potessimo posare in bagagli in camera , avuto risposta positiva arrivati in hotel ci hanno detto che per accedere anticipatamente in stanza avremmo dovuto pagare il 20% in più . Ho evidenziato l'equivoco su fb e mi hanno risposto che le condizioni erano espresse nelle condizioni contrattuali . Ho ribattuto di aver telefonato e solo per questo ho raggiunto la struttura e che la prossima volta avrei sottoposto una banale prenotazione alberghiera ad un pool di avvocati/ commercialisti / notai. Hanno cancellato il confronto social ...Non ci tornerò mai più .

Siamo stati una domenica a pranzo con degli amici per degustare il sushi, per me era la prima volta tuttavia mi sono affidato allo staff del ristorante che ha saputo consigliarmi. I bambini hanno mangiato della pasta e della carne perché, oltre alla cucina orientale c'è possibilità di ordinare tranquillamente anche i nostri piatti. Bene! Francesco il direttore di sala è stato eccezionale con noi e con i bambini perché ha saputo soddisfare ogni piccola richiesta ma quello che mi ha lasciato senza parole è stata la bontà e la qualità dei piatti presentati, la pulizia e il gusto di ogni singolo pezzo ordinato. Lo consiglio vivamente e soprattutto ci torneremo presto perché la mia prima esperienza sushi è stata davvero positiva!!!

Hotel ottimo , con camere moderne e molto grandi.Ristorante eccezionale con piatti ottimamente preparati e con porzioni abbondanti.Camerieri e maitre molto gentili e disponibili.Complimenti infine alla signorina Lorenza che dirige la reception con maestria e professionalità. Not what I expected for s 4 star
Not so good I had recently at the Best Western in Patti Sicily that I was so impressed by the comfort, excellent bed & smooth sheets, food, service & newness I said going forward I will stay at 4 star Best Western!!! Then I stayed here eventhough you can tell it had designs it was tired … the room & elevator smelled musty, bed sheets were rough! The bed was hard & uncomfortable tossed all night. Restaurant opened at 8pm for dinner. Listing said free parking they wanted 10 euros to park on site. The free parking was on the street & I had to wait an hour until I found a spot. Location is not that great.
I was spoiled in Patti Sicily which I would highly recommend.
This place is a 3 star.

Devo fare innanzitutto i complimenti alla receptionist Lorenza, per aver effettuato il check-in di un gruppo numeroso in modo veloce e con professionalità. Al personale di sala, sorridenti e routine ad esaudire le nostre richieste. La cena è stata servita veloce. Inoltre era tutto molto buono. Le camere sono pulite, ben arredate e accoglienti. Da consigliare sicuramente

Esperienza negativa! Impossibile riposare a causa di una festa con gruppo musicale nel ristorante sottostante alla camera. Bagno vecchio con tubo della doccia rotto e scarico wc incantato. Cena no comment! Per fortuna materassi comodi e colazione accettabile.
