Nova Iguacu Hotels with Pools

I was disappointed, as in addition to the payment of the fee charged here (Trip), in check-in I was charged more than half of the booking value !!!! 🤨😤😡😡 I was uninterpreted what it was, (what was that?) The hotel told me I had to pay and that I had to resolve on the platform I made my reservation !!! This left me very frustrated right in front of me, for a moment of leisure, turning a chat ! In most , it was good .....
