Ótimo hotel no centro
A estadia foi excelente.O Hotel foi todo reformado,está muito diferente de 7 anos atrás.A decoração está muito bonita ,a cama é Queen ,bem confortável e a localização é perfeita.E o atendimento do time da recepção foi maravilhoso,sempre muito solícitos em ajudar.

Desde a chegada até a saída tudo perfeito , os recepciono muito educados , prestativos . Porém a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar . A limpeza é feita de dois em dois dias , solicitei arrumação do quarto , a camareira estava presente na recepção . Ela não trocou as toalhas , não lavou o box do banheiro , não varreu o quarto nem passou pano , apenas arrumou a cama de qualquer maneira , até a pezeira ela colocou pelo avesso. Uma pena . Café da manhã modesto mas muito bom . Fica a ressalva

Gostei muito, com certeza voltarei mais vezes e ficarei hospedada nesse hotel, além de ter uma otima localização em relação aos atrativos e comércio da cidade, o hotel apresenta um espaço lindo e aconchegante. Os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos, estão sempre a disposição, me atenderam super bem desde a recepção, durante a minha estada, até o check-out. Além disso, o café da manha é de ótima qualidade, muito bom. Os quartos são condizentes com as fotos, muito bem arrumados e limpos, gostei muito da acomodação, nada a reclamar sobre o período em que fiquei hospedada. Uma recomendação é visitar o bistrô do hotel!! Resumindo: ótima localização, atendimento excelente, local limpo e aconchegante.

Os funcionários da recepção são ótimos ! Sempre atentos a ajudar e a fornecer informações, de todos os turnos Rayane e jucelia são ótimas camareiras tudo sempre limpo o lounge é ótimo o que falta é uma academia e estacionamento o que é necessário em qualquer hospedagem.
