The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pub was an added benefit with ice cold draft beer to wash down the dust from our journey. Pizza was top class as well.

We loved our stay at this iconic hotel nestled in the midlands. Our garden room was clean, neat and perfect for our stay over. The pizza were to die for. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

Ideal location in the Midlands with quick access to all the surroundings Cafe's and places of interest. Room was comfortable and great bed to a good night sleep after a busy day.

Staff not very friendly. Breakfast and our Pizza at dinner was good but again a friendly smile and not having to ask for menu's and a bit of attention would be nice.

The booking process was easy as was checkin process. However, we were not told there were big functions at the hotel on 2 of the 3 nights we were sleeping there. On the 2 nights with functions we got no sleep. It was loud until early morning hours with drunk people and music. We also had 2 drunk people knock on our door very late at night and demand we let them in. We booked the hotel for sleep and sadly that was the only thing we didn't get. The rooms downstairs looked lovely, the room we were given upstairs was quite dated in comparison and had a door adjoining it to a strangers room.
