Lovely stay in superbly appointed suite. Great restaurant for afternoon tea and breakfast. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble including bringing extra pillows and room service.
Super hotel to which we plan to return.

The room was clean and tidy and the location was very close to the castle and city centre. But be careful as Google Maps will take you to the bottom of high steps, I was a bit tired carrying my suitcase from the bottom to the top of the steps. Choose another road to get directly to the hotel door

The reception staff were very polite, a gentleman who works at night was extremely friendly giving me snacks in the early hours because I was hungry and the kitchen was closed.
Only the cleaning staff made a lot of noise at 7:30am, a very early time to start, which could disturb guests who are still resting.
