is a beautiful place, boasting a stunning location, cleanliness, and a wonderful garden. The stay could have been perfect if not for a very unpleasant experience with the hotel manager, an Italian named Eros. Unfortunately, his behavior does not meet the standards expected of guest service. During our stay, after lunch, we wanted to have an espresso at the café near the reception since coffee was not available in the restaurant. My partner placed a small piece of cake on a plate to enjoy with the coffee. To our surprise, Eros treated us very rudely, reprimanding us that cakes were not allowed. Instead of calmly explaining the rules, his behavior was harsh, inappropriate, and simply unpleasant. We certainly didn’t cause any trouble, but the way the manager addressed us left a very negative impression. Such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable in a place that aspires to high standards of guest service. I encourage the hotel owners to reconsider employing someone who lacks the ability to treat guests with respect and class. Replacing the manager with someone more competent and empathetic would greatly enhance the experience of staying in this beautiful place.

Witam, jestesmy v Vanila hotel&Spa, pszyliecielismy z Įtaką 11.15, bedziemy do 11.29. 1. V pierwszy dzien pszepadli okulary kture byli zostavione v baże( okulary są drogie okolo 300 eur-Prada), do tej pory nieznaliezlisie. 2. Wifi I Internet pracuje tylko v nocy lub z rana - mozno poviedziec ze internetu niema i on jest super powolny. 3. Kazdy dzien po 5-10 raz pszepada elekrycznosc. 4. Wczorej otrawilamsie jedzeniem wieczorem, ( zllie zrobilosie odrazu jak pszyszlam do pokoju į wiencej nigdzie niemoglam otrawitsie bo bylam caly dzien v hoteliu) dzis nawet niemoga vstac z luzka jak jest zlie, monz schodzil z pustą butelką poprosic wody do recepcji- oni niechcieli dac poviedzieli ze czeba pszyjsc do baru i popic. 5. Domuwitsie praktycznie niema jak bo prawie nikt nierozumie po angielsku. Tak terytoryja jest bardzo ladna i widok pszez okna tez, alie servis jest tragiczny. I gdy bendziscie jechac tu, niebiezcie ze sobâ cennych zeczy.

Bardzo udane wakacje w hotelu. Hotel na uboczu, bez zgiełku, spokojna atmosfera. Przywitanie bardzo serdeczne. Odprowadza nas Pani z obsługi, pomoc przyprowadza walizki. Pokój bardzo przestronny, czyściutki, piękne drewno. Miałem pokój z widokiem na basen i ocean na piętrze. W pokoju lodówka, klimatyzacja. Łazienka bardzo ładna i wszystko wykończone ze smakiem w jednym rodzaju drewna. Piękny i duży taras. Na tarasie krzesła, suszarka do powieszenia kąpielówek. Wszystko przemyślane. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa super. Restauracja super. Każdy coś znajdzie. Mieszanka kuchni regionalnej i włoskiej. Często była osmiornica co mi pasowało. Pyszny ananas, mango rewelacja. Obsługa jeszcze raz super. Ogrody zadbane, piękne, cały czas ktoś z obsługi dbał o zieleń. Baseny rewelacja, ciepła woda, czysto, miło i przyjemnie. Tu mało obsługi ale można też w tym dostrzec zaletę. Naprawdę hotel godny polecenia. Super miejsce. Lubię kameralne hotele a ten jeszcze taki status posiada. Trochę martwi to że stawiają nowe budynki bo zrobi się z tego duży hotel bez klimatu. Obecnie warto. Super miejsce.

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di 12 giorni, la struttura è molto bella e curata incastonata in un meraviglioso giardino pieno di piante e alberi abitati da camaleonti che potete tranquillamente ammirare mentre vi godete il soggiorno, fronte mare con una spiaggia ampia e ben curata, due piscine a sfioro con vista sull'isola che sta proprio davanti e dove potete andare a nuotare con le tartarughe, esperienza da fare . Abbiamo alloggiato in una ocean rom, la camera oltre ad essere molto bella e curata nei dettagli è dotata di ogni confort compresi dei morbidissimi cuscini di piume e tv, dal terrazzino dotato di poltrone si può godere una vista mozzafiato sulle isole davanti, la sera abbiamo visto dei tramonti meravigliosi. Il ristorante è gestito da uno chef italiano ,ampia varietà di cibo dalla mattina alla sera ben cucinato vario e abbondante, il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Un grazie particolare a Eros il vice direttore che con i suoi consigli la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha contribuito a farci vivere una vacanza già gradevole in una esperienza indimenticabile .

Sehr schöne Anlage mit zwei Pools und einer tollen Gartenanlage. Das Essen war Mega und wir hatten keine Probleme. Nachdem außen rum nicht viel ist, bzw. Alles etwas zu weit weg ist, würden wir all inclusive empfehlen. Den Aufpreis ist es auf jeden Fall wert. Getränke sind zwar in der Auswahl eingeschränkt und werden im Glas gereicht, aber für uns war das ok. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und alles macht einen neuen Eindruck. Wir haben ein Upgrade umsonst bekommen und können die 100er Zimmer echt empfehlen. Ocean view vom feinsten. Das Personal ist megefreundlich und super hilfsbereit. Mit englisch kommt man problemlos durch, auch wenn französisch hilfreich wäre. Die Gäste kommen fast alle aus Polen, Tschechien und ein paar aus Italien und Frankreich. Wer tauchen und Touren machen will, sollte sich an Sakalav Diving neben an wenden ( aus dem Hotel raus eine Minute rechts die Straße runter und dann rechts, ist beschildert). Super Tauchbasis vor allem für Malrololiebhaber und Fotografen. Sakalav bietet sehr private Land-Touren ( wir waren immer nur zu zweit) an, die auch günstiger sind. Lokobe und Nosy Komba sind zu empfehlen.

Sono appena rientrato da un soggiorno di 9 giorni al Vanila Hotel & Spa di Ambaro. La scelta è ricaduta su questa struttura sulla base degli ottimi feedbacks letti su TA ed ho prenotato volo+soggiorno attraverso il Tour Operator Eden Viaggi (Alpitour). La struttura è splendida, immersa in un bellissimo parco tropicale, direttamente affacciata sulla spiaggia di Ambaro. La spiaggia non è nulla di eccezionale, soggetta come tutte le spiagge di Nosy Be al fenomeno delle maree, ma ben curata e servita con ombrelloni e lettini e bar sulla spiaggia, tutto compreso nei servizi offerti dall'Hotel. Sono disponibili anche due piscine a sfioro curatissime con bar dedicato. I teli da mare vengono forniti direttamente dalla struttura. Il pacchetto prevedeva All Inclusive per cui ho potuto testare il servizio di ristorazione: in una parola OTTIMO, sia per qualità e cura delle pietanze sia per varietà e proposta. A chi interessassero proposte di cucina italiana posso dire che gli chef offrivano ogni giorno proposte di pasta italiana decisamente gustose. Ero alloggiato in una camera vista mare con una vista meravigliosa: pulizia ed efficienza degli addetti rendevano la struttura ogni giorno impeccabile. A differenza di altri resort in zona Andilana, qui prevalgono la tranquillità, il relax ed atmosfere soft allietate due volte alla settimana da piano bar e da una serata "malgascia" veramente coinvolgente. Per noi turisti italiani decisamente positivo che molti operatori dello staff parlino bene la nostra lingua e che sia il bravo Eros (nostro connazionale) a coordinare tutta l'attività della struttura. Per concludere, esperienza più che positiva che sinceramente suggerisco a chi intende trascorrere un indimenticabile soggiorno a Nosy Be.

Najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam. Powinien mieć więcej niż 3* . Zachody słońca jak kredką malowane. Jedzenie przepyszne. Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Caly hotel bardzo czysciutki. Ludzie mega uprzejmi i kulturalni. Dwa baseny oba cudne. Jest tu prawdziliwy lokalny afrykański styl. Bujny kolorowy ogród. Nie ma animacji ale były 3 wieczory z atrakcyjami. Brak tych animacji odbieram na plus. Cisza spokój relaks. Cudowny kraj jeszcze bez komercji i zmanierowanych turystów. To były Moje najlepsze wakacje. Wszystkim polecam hotel Vanila Spa Nosy Be.
