Funcionários muito gentis e prestáveis. Optimas condições ambientais. Quartos bons e espaçoso. E sim, as almofadas eram muito fofas. Optimo pequeno almoço. O bar também tem boas condições. Não me recordo da hora de fecho. Não experimentei o restaurante. Pena não ter parque grátis para hospedes.

De modo geral agradado com as instalações. O pessoal com quem me relacionei foi simpático e atencioso. O hotel é limpo e bem arrumado a localização é excelente bem em frene ao parque com bons acessos, parque privativo incluído no preço. Um bom pequeno almoço não muito variado mas de qualidade.

A very nice hotel, with a professional staff. The room it's good and the bed very confortable. Concerning to the breakfast, has everything you need to start the day satisfied. We had a a fine dinner there and the quality was pretty good. Congrats to the staff.

Fui em julho com amiga para um congresso de professores. Fui uma excelente opção: bem localizado, em frente a um grande parque verde da cidade, quarto de dimensões confortáveis e bem higienizado, com parque de estacionamento no shopping com acesso direto ao hotel. No nosso caso, não pagamos pois havia contrato em entre os participantes no congresso e o hotel. Ótimo pequeno almoço e uma esplanada/ exterior excelente! Resumo:nada de negativo a referir! Tudo muito bom! Obrigada pelo apoio dado, pois uma de nós adoeceu e foi necessário chamar uma ambulância. Muito obrigada!

This is a nicely modernised classic hotel with a history going back over 100 years. We liked this hotel very much. A mistake by me when making the reservation resulted in us being allocated a twin room at the back of the hotel, facing the wall of the adjacent shopping centre. Disappointed with this, we returned to reception and asked if a better room was available. It was! We were given a lovely spacious room at the front overlooking the park. This approach typified the hotel. All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and friendly, including those on reception and the waiters in the restaurant. We dined three times in the restaurant where the food was delicious. I was a little concerned about the parking arrangement in the car park of the shopping centre, but it worked out well. There is a separate lift which will take you to the hotel’s rear entrance without the need to enter the shops. We found the Sana Silver Coast hotel an excellent base for drives to the coast, the caves of Mira de Aire, the remarkable Buddha Eden and Obidos (late in the day when the crowds were leaving).

O hotel é ótimo! Muito bem localizado em frente a um parque e tem estacionamento no shopping ao lado (tem um elevador direto do hotel pro shopping) não é grátis mas o custo é bem razoável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e as instalações do quarto são ótimas (de ruim apenas o fato de não ter tomadas suficientes, essa é a maior limitação de todas). Tem cafeteira pra café espresso, tem uns docinhos de boas vindas, é silencioso e apesar de não haver nada avisando tem room service. tem um black out impecável. Os travesseiros podiam melhorar mas não são terríveis. O banheiro é todo novo (chuveiro nota 10) e tem espelho de aumento. Eu voltarei com certeza se passar por essa área de novo. A vista do parque é linda. Eu sou muito exigente mesmo e o hotel foi bem melhor do que eu esperava. O quarto é todo preto achei que era meio dark, e na verdade é rsrs mas ajudou no sono. O armário é grande e tem cabides de qualidade

Reception staff were friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. Room was very well presented. Location is close to a modern shopping mall and the main part of town. Take time out to explore the park across the road. For a last minute change of plans if was a great place to stay.
