Maravilloso hotel, con todo lujo de detalles y muy bien situado. El personal muy amable, la chica de recepción hablaba español Perfectamente. Nos explicó todo y nos aconsejó muy bien. Habitación cómodo y muy amplia. Desayuno bueno. Único fallo, falta de enchufes.

Adorámos o hotel,tudo bom,um excelente pequeno almoço,uma localização excelente para conhecer a cidade cheia de vida. Certamente voltaremos com muito mais tempo para usufruir dessa região maravilhosa cheia de coisas boas. O staff do hotel todo muito simpático.

A estadia em geral não foi desagradável, gostei bastante do atendimento e atenção que têm com o cliente. Estão de parabéns! O que não gostei e acho inadmissível, tomar o pequeno almoço com ratos ? Dois dias seguidos ? Eu tentei não fazer pressão a colaboradora porque eu percebi que ela própria estava atrapalhada com a situação e claro que justificou o facto de estarem situados em frente ao parque. Mas normalmente os ratos até não vem assim de longas distâncias da rua , mas sim dos canos/esgotos. Fiquem enojada , se a experiência estava a ser boa até ali , passou a não estar e acho inadmissível continuarem os serviços sabendo que têm ratos a andar pelas áreas , é que foram 2 dias seguidos . Estou a fazer este comentário para perceberem que o dinheiro não é tudo meus senhores ! A saúde dos clientes e dos funcionários inclusive está em primeiro lugar ! E comer e ver ratos a passear pela sala do pequeno almoço, inadmissível! Fechem isso e tratem do edifício ou a asae faz por vocês!

Hotel adequado ao local. Vista Parque. Ensolarado. Quarto amplo e ensolarado, móveis sóbrios e elegantes. Banheiro com chuveiro muito bom e espaço. Falta iluminação. Armários bons porém com iluminação insuficiente no corredor. Acesso ao estacionamento fácil, localizado no shopping ao lado, integrado ao super mercado, bastante útil. Serviços de limpeza e arrumação nos quartos pode ser melhorado, prejudicado quando há alta demanda. Restaurante do hotel supre a falta de restaurantes próximos. Sob alta demanda pode ser melhorado com a adequação da equipe de colaboradores. Idem recepção, insuficiente em situações de maior movimento.

Quarto alcatifado em águas furtadas com apenas uma clarabóia no tecto. Nada recomendável para quem tenha problemas respiratórios (ex: asma).
Pedido de troca recusado por hotel estar completo.(??)
Colchão da cama pouco confortável.
