The room fee was 2660 per day, but there was only one day of cleaning service after staying for two days; the bath towels and face towels were black and small in size; the toilet paper was so thin that it scratched my skin. The worst stay experience!!!

Terrible Customer Service after an Emergency situation. My daughter and I arrived at 6:30 pm on a slow night at the hotel for an overnight stay at the Residence Inn. Norwalk Hospital did not have a room for my daughter who had a panic attack. The hospital recommended we go to the hotel since my daughter had a concussion and needed quiet. When we arrived in our room, my daughter had a panic attack so I had to take her back to the hospital and they were kind and considerate when I dropped off my keys however later I find out that they refused to give Chase back the money so they can credit my points back to my account. How INHUMANE!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a hotel. Bryan George and manager Mike Stevenson were fantastic! Very personable and informative about the hotel and the area. All smiles and funny and made my stay that much better. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the rooftop bar was awesome. Thank you for an amazing time!

The day staff was very helpful. The night staff tried but was not. I think you need more night maintenance people and also train your night staff better in customer service. With all due respect. Thank you and best regards. And yes,I would stay at your place again. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

New property. Clean. Quiet. I liked the location, walkable to restaurants and SoNo. I liked the room had a sound machine in it. I liked the hotel has pool table and shuffleboard for fun.

There was no free parking lot. it was far from obvious that to get to the registration desk I had to pull into a parking garage and presumably pay for parking. I guess that's normal for downtown city hotels. Mike at the front desk checkout was excellent.
