Hotel was a bit shabby. Our shower did not function. The shower diverter literally came off in my hand. (We left it at the front desk, the desk attendant didn’t have any solution or remedy for the fact that we had an unusable shower. The side entrance that was supposed to only open with a key card had been rigged to not latch, which made me uncomfortable and feeling as if the hotel was not secure.

Well the website is definitely deceptive and the reviews on here are as well. I’m not sure if they had ppl they know write them. Yes they painted and laid new carpet BUT everything is really dated. No elevator. Definitely not a hot breakfast buffet. They told us sorry no kitchen. We have cereal, pop tarts , hard boiled eggs, waffles and juice and Milk. We were told it’s a Continental breakfast which that isn’t what it says on the website. The no elevator thing really shocked me we were told owner is cheap and because it’s only two floors didn’t feel the need. It’s much smaller than pictures as well. Pool was very packed. The lounge area is weird and broken up so when you’re trying to check and there’s high tops right there with a bunch of kids it’s just weird and not organized. I am writing this while we are here still because the biggest problem of paying $200 a night is that as my daughter was brushing her teeth the big mirror infront her decided to start coming off the wall. Called front desk and the lady was very nice came right up and was blown away herself and said they didn’t hang it right and took it back downstairs with her. Yes I have pictures. The room isn’t the cleanest and I have pictures. So if you want to basically want to stay in an over priced motel not hotel then this is for you. I’m told the waffles are great!! Very disappointed and still haven’t heard anything on what they’re offering for this incident that could’ve went way worse for my daughter and family.
