Guest-focused care was evident when weather delayed our travels, Zack made sure we had a place to stay. This relatively new offering to Wise County is most welcome with its brand-standard comfortable beds and morning breakfast. Looking forward to a return stay as it is relatively close to UVA-Wise. NOTE: the hotel is still finishing some things up (e.g., construction materials are still outside, lower than expected shower pressure)

First stay since it opened April 2024. Charles at the front desk was very patient and helpful in getting us a room to meet our needs. Zach, Cindy and Brandi were also helpful. Room was nicely appointed, bed comfortable and quiet on the parking lot side. Will stay there again.
