On the ground floor walk out level is a guest bedroom with closet, utility room and full bath. This home uses the technologies of geothermal systems to take advantage of the earths natural resources to consistently and efficiently heat and cool the home. Walk 2 min to the private non motorized boat launch. Walk 6 min (10 with a toddler) to the private community beach.
