Beautiful new hotel. The front desk staff is friendly. Kai did our check in at night and coffee the next morning. Very sweet and attentive, loved talking to her, but she seemed a little tired. She still took care of all of our needs and suggested very good places to eat around town. Possibly short staffed location because of the apparent double shift. The food and beverage manager Chris does not meet my expectations for a Marriott hotel, however. He looks like he doesn't shower and wore the same dirty hat and sweater for the days we were there. Don't expect the restaurant to be open at night. It didn't open the whole time we were there. General manager Willy is very personable and lovely to talk to.

Everyone was pleasant here at the hotel I have no complaints . From the time I checked in to the time I checked out . Everyone was great. This is my second time there at the property and will be returning in the new year.

The whole entire hotel is soo clean! The smell of the hotel is warm and welcoming. I have zero complaints! I would come back again. Best courtyard I have ever stayed at. Please come visit. Two thumbs up!

Amazing staff. Super accommodating. Very clean hotel. Our 1st time in Alabama, and we plan to come back to this hotel every time we come back. Roll Tide! Cannot recommend enough. Thanks, Courtyard Northport Team & WJ. Much love!!
