I only stayed for one night as I had a tour the next day.
I went to the kitchen at 6am before I left and the state of the kitchen was disgusting and had pigeons roaming around for the scraps and the gas hob was left on.
I agree it’s those who stay there and lack of respect they have for the place but surly it should be checked at the end of the night or very early first thing as it’s not everyone’s fault, kinda prevented me from using the kitchen.
There is a sign saying there would be a fine for pots being left out but there was such a mass of them it’s not checked.
The private room itself was clean and had the basics. But the communial areas were off putting

The single room was cheap. That was the only thing I liked. The room was the worst, the kitchen was the worst, the noise was the worst, it was just the worst of the worst out of the 5 hostels I stayed in in Australia. I highly recommend it.

The location was really good because it was very close to Perth Station! If you are thinking of a really luxurious room, you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, I recommend it! The only catch is that if there is a loud snorer in the room, you may not be able to sleep well.

i was happy with the location, close to train and bus station so easy to get around the city or you can even find it easy to get Perth airport.
