The hotel is in a lovely location by the marina. It's big, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with, from receptionists, to restaurant staff, to cleaners, were all absolutely lovely.

From the moment we arrived to checking out the customer service was excellent, Trish who checked us in, went above and beyond to help us, we arrived just before 7pm after being at santa pod for the day and asked if we were eating in the pub as it was very busy, Trish said she would try and sort us a table out and come and let us know. Within 5 minutes she knocked on our room door to say it was ready. We were seated in the restaurant at our table, some friends of ours came and joined us for drinks but the table we were at wasn't big enough so Trish found us a bigger table, food was lovely and a good choice at breakfast too, would certainly recommend and stay again when we're next at santa pod. Thankyou Trish for making our stay lovely.

Was there on a hot day so pub was full and lively as quiz was on . which I liked
Food was fantastic main and dessert for only £10 all staff were fantastic !! Breakfast was very nice and breakfast staff was fantastic

The hotel staff were great, some of the staff in the pub seem disinterested and could be heard moaning most of the times

The Hotel park of the Quays was very good.
However the Quays Public House & Restaurant was very different. All the Lagers on offer were terrible, I doubt any Cellar Management has taken place for a long time but the same drinks in the Venue at Billing Aqua Dome were excellent
