This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (second floor/end unit) sits directly on the beautiful Pemigewasset River. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached master bath. The bunk room accommodates 4 and shares a bath with the other bedroom which has a full bed. The open concept living area contains a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable (and DVD player), a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer. Sliding doors lead to a deck that overlooks the river.
Deer Park is a private resort community that offers beautifully maintained grounds, a 5-acre lake with beach for swimming and fishing, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, playground and stunning views of the White Mountains. There was no AC in the unit and it was extremely hot. It was a lot smaller than expected. There was only a few rolls of toilet paper. The washer would not pump out water. It would turn on but wouldn’t cycle.

Excellent property!
This place was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The setting by the brook was charming. We delighted in sitting out on the deck. This was during Fall colors and they were gorgeous. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious condo.

Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation here and enjoyed the beautiful view of the river. Everything was exactly as listed and we had plenty of space for the 8 of us. Convenient location to everything and all the amenities were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great stay!
Wonderful stay. Unit was as advertised. Everything was clean and well equipped, nice appliances, electronics, etc. Host was friendly and responsive. Location and amenities at Deer Park were perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.
