This hotel is not worth 3000 per night. Services r terrible. U ask them to prepare tea, they tell u sir abhi dairy ki supply nah-in aayi hai. 15 minutes me-in aayegi. Room sizes were also small and to get a service done u hav to call them 3-4 times. Not a gud experience

CAME TO ATTEND A FUNCTION NEARBY. PROFESSIONAL - 0 HYGIENE - 0 SERVICE - 0 STAFF - 0 JUST TO GET A CHAIR IN ROOM IT TAKE 1 HOUR. Kitchen not working. Very bad smell in full hotel. Very bad kitchen service. Staff very rude. No senior authority to attend. Worst experience.

not available towels ,comb, moisturizer,tv was not working, tea cattle wireless not working very bad experience of us here .

At reception the staff was sleeping on reception, waiting area, there was no bell boy who can take out luggage from outside & room toilet was dirty and towels were smellin, even room were smelling very bed. The over all my experience is very poor.

No a/c working. Bed sheet are full of strain. Toilet smell very badly due to hotel construction so much disturbance

Hotel was under construction, toilet were unhygienic and smelly, we report the issue to the staff they said we cant do anything. They just used room fresheners. Uncooperative staff.
