On top of an unexpected hill. The path was extremely steep and difficult for me as I was carrying over 20 kg of luggage... My first impression of the room was clean, but when I looked closely, I saw a lot of ants on the walls... I cried.
I didn't say anything because I thought the conditions were all the same in a one-story house, but I noticed a phenomenon that made my body itch all the time... I don't particularly recommend it for people with large luggage 😭

Large spacious rooms, well equipped and nice views. Sound proofing might be a bit of a problem but it was fine for a short stay.

It's closed with undated sign saying our booking transferred to Madison Plaza, Townsville. It wasn't. Place has been closed for some time and still they were avaible on some 3rd party platforms like Agoda. Madison Plaza old and needs major clean/refurbishment. Reputation saved only by pleasant young man at front desk.

Location is closed. Green pool - toilets in corridors. We booked 7 months ago and were not notified that the location was closed. Showed up and had to scrambled for last minute accommodations. Now I am fighting to get a refund. No one answers the phone.
