Another wonderful stay at GMI last month, whilst on holiday from the UK. Our favourite hotel in SA, having stayed a number of times previously, provides a great base to either relax or explore. The staff are friendly and efficient, rooms really comfortable, food is great and gardens beautiful. Choice of pools and a popular bar area. Attached are some photos taken around the hotel and on a trip to uMkuze Game Reserve. So much to do, if you’re thinking of going, go!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ghost Mountain Inn. The food was amazing!!! One of the best hotels in KwaZulu-Natal. Staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. Food was very good and breakfast was amazing. The beds are comfortable, and the app makes interacting with staff seamless.

Service was excellent from arrival to departure. on my arrival i was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff with my check-in document at hand. i was also given the room that i had requested. They were aware of my requirements, e.g providing iron and ironing board to my room.

Best experience. We loved our stay. The entire hotel is well kept, luxurious and in a beautiful location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The spa is so relaxing. Comfortable rooms, delicious cuisine and peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

A really lovely setting, various pools, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Rooms really comfortable, although a window between the bedroom and bathroom a little unusual! Staff really helpful and a lovely curio shop. We only stayed one night, would love to have stayed longer and make more use of the pools and spa.

We spent 3 days over new year, really lovely location, rooms really nice just such a pity that management allow children to completely take over the 2 swimming pools, screaming and shouting and really making things unpleasant. I did inform management of the situation but nothing was done ! NYE party just over taken by kids on the dance floor, sticking fingers in the buffet food !! If you are adults wanting a break I would seriously recommend avoiding this establishment. Could be really fabulous if management instilled some rules and regulations to make everyone's stay memorable.
