Worst Hotel Experience – Poor Hygiene and Maintenance I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the room. The sofa was old, stained, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Most of the furniture was dented and in terrible condition, showing clear signs of neglect. The overall hygiene standards were shockingly low — it felt anything but clean or comfortable. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sincerely hope management takes serious action to improve their facilities and cleanliness.

My hotel room was very clean and in great condition. I enjoyed the complimentary hot/cold breakfast buffet. The front desk clerk was wonderful and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bradford county. I do wish the pool would have been opened.

Check in was easy, however, the bathroom was not cleaned, there was a half used bar of soap in the shower stuck to the shelf in the shower. The toilet worked only half the time, and check out was at 11, but housekeeping walked into the room when we were still sleeping… before 11

Always have had a good experience staying here when I travel to the area. Nice clean hotel, best value in Towanda. Staff has always been great. Plenty of parking including some trailer parking in the lower lot. Convenience store across the street is handy, everything you need.
