Although I couldn't speak English, the staff at the front desk were kind enough to help me with simple words, and there were supermarkets, restaurants, and the station within a 5-minute walk. Very convenient.

No room clean service if you stay less than 3 days, reception staff (gent) is quite rude. TV channels are very limited and screensharing does not work. Quite bad experience overall.

A total nightmare. No daily room cleaning service given the excuse that there's no cleaner on Sunday (no room check-out on Sundays?), same situation happened again on Monday while so-called cleaning service came late in the afternoon and only gave the bathroom carpet and towels without changing the quilt and bedsheets. Quilt is not covered by the protector instead it was sandwiched by 2 bedsheets, making it easily messed after using.
The fantastic location of north Sydney deserves a better hotel instead of Citadines.
