It’s a beautiful hotel right next to a stream. The view from the rooms is amazing. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious as well.

The hotels at lachen are almost all the same way. Please select rooms with natures view it is mesmerizing there, and note there are no heaters nor electric blankets here and is the same in all hotels. Same routine dishes overall in all sikkim hotels ( pane-er curry, veg curry, roti, sweet. Breakfast provided was very basic but as they provide packed breakfast before 7 it negates the negative aspects. Small camp fire and little garden is what it might have brought aw w to my experience.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in a triple bed room with mountain view. The view from the room was great. The room was cozy and the size was ok. However, the room needs more maintenance as it looked to be an old construction. We liked the food that they provided and above all, all the staff take great care of the guests. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserIt is one of the best hotel that anyone can find in lachung. There are very limited hotels in lachung and this hotel has every facility you can think of. Food is also tasty. View from hotel is also amazing. Staff is also very courteous. Looking forward for a stay again with jewel kongchen.

GGuest UserI had a lovely stay. The best part is that some of the staffs are bengali. Food quality and taste is very good. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Overall i had a very good experience.
