Extremely disappointed with the hotel and the sales team. We were told this is a 4 star hotel and priced accordingly. The property is not well kept, and in no way qualifies for a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. It’s more like a home stay. Food was good and home made, but not restaurant quality. Rooms were good with a great view, but service was pathetic. There were 4 staff members for the entire hotel. No room service, the check-in experience was not satisfactory as we had to wait for an hour. The kitchen and dining area was not clean, reception was dumped with random stuff. We also faced water and electricity problems for 1 full day, although that was solved by the end of the day.

In one word .. splendid. This is a genuine review comment and not fake starting from location , room, and on top of everything its the service just awesome. Extremely, extremely polite stuff and very well behaved Manager, always with a smiling face and ready to help you each and every one. Now, talking about the location. It's just awesome . We traveled in May 3rd week , stayed in pearl and diamond rooms- we were 2 families. Both the rooms are good very specious. I hardly find any hotel with such a huge room. The view from the room is just wow. You will the snow peek mountain and the river flowing down . The entire valley will be visible from the room. They will arrange for bonfire if you want. The food is good. They will try best to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. If I would ever visit Lachung, I will definitely stay here again and would recommend all my friends and family members to stay and have a great experience in their lives.

The rooms are neat and clean. The water geyser should be bigger as one has to wait 30 minutes for water to heat up. The food is vegetarian. They have a third party shop that serves some non veg snacks items. The veg food was cooked really well. The staff is very cooperative especially mr. Dewas and mr. Praveen.

Booked a 2night stay on 3rd& 4th April'24, through Kiomoi Travel services(Noida, UP) 2 seperate rooms located jusst opposite their dining hall. Very pro-active and customer friendly management & catering staff. The 'Garnet' room, had open scenic window view , on 3 sides, but lacked an intercom / room warmer heater, umbrella for shielding from the intermittent & both evening rains, which made our venturing
