The hotel was basic, with all amenities in place. The room was big, the views were amazing, and the bathroom has a heater with hot water facilities. The food is average. My only complaint was with hygiene, room and restaurant were not well maintained. In the room, we could find spider webs in some corners, and the restaurant floor was slippery with dirty tables.

Terrible place! temperatures drop to -7 in night and horrible room to stay. Geyser doesn't work. Food is very low quality. They don't provide room heaters even on extra charge. Worst experience

We stayed at rufina blue pine in last week of dec22. The hotel is good for a nights stay. Suit rooms were spacious. The dinner consisted of homely and hot food. They even packed breakfast since we were to leave for gurudongmar lake early morning. The staff was friendly.
