Seafront Apartments

Lovely apartment. Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again .

Exceptional communication from the owner who couldn’t have been more helpful from the day I made my booking. Stayed here over Xmas and new year and the addition of the Xmas tree was a great touch. The apartments are in a phenomenal location with amazing views. I found it to be warm, extremely comfortable and perfectly set up and being a telly addict really appreciated the huge smart TV. All in all an excellent stay for a price point you’d expect to being far more for. If you’re lucky enough to be visiting this stunning part of the country and want amazing views and fantastic value for money then you won’t go wrong staying there

Spotless Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again.

We stayed in apartment 1B at the rear of the ground floor. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all required amenities provided for our week long stay. The apartment comprised of a living room with comfy armchchairs/couch/table and chairs/fold out bed and TV with Netflix/BBC iplayer etc. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing and cooking food. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed and the bathroom included a walk in shower. A residents parking permit is provided and there is plentiful parking spaces on the rod outside. The building overlooks the stunning Cullercoats Bay. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and a local supermarket five minutes walk away. The metro is around the corner and Tynemouth is a pleasant short walk away. The apartments are run by a friendly and helpful gentleman called Andrew, who is available to assist if required (though everything was absolutely fine for us).
