The hotel has seen better days. Cleanliness can be improved. The carpets were not vacuumed thoroughly, some switches don't work. The light in the room was dim and I had to ask for additional desk lighting, which the staff gave. Respectful and courteous staff but the requests had to be made twice before it was acted on.

I booked the room for my dad’s birthday. Thank you for all the services provided to my parents hence they do enjoy their stay there. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean. The swimming pool is so beautiful. They are so happy about the breakfast and the varieties of food. Once again, thank you Tentrem Hotel Jakarta. Next it will be my turn 🥹
