I loved this resort and stayed here since 2015. But it is getting worse with every time. This time is the worst. This is the peak of vacation season, but restaurant ran out of everything: grouper, ice cream - you name it! Waiters are elderly and grumpy. And one of the younger waiters LAUGHED at me when I asked why don’t you have an ice cream. This is ridiculous. We pay you for service. Another stupid thing is that you have to order coffee SEPARATE from your dinner! Literally go to a separate stand to order coffee. Weird. Please kindly improve your service and fire bad employees!!! I don’t think I will be staying here again and I do not recommend this place

Look no further stay here! This hotel is beach front and VERY clean!! Housekeeping ladies on the third floor takes pride in cleaning! Our 5 days here was a slice of heaven. You can’t beat the value and location! Everyone on premises was very friendly and attentive.

I've stayed at this property several times in the past including June of last year and they never disappoint. As a lifetime diamond status I stay at several Hilton properties for business and pleasure, this is one of my favorites. I actually had my family book two other rooms here and they too were very much satisfied. Hats off to the entire staff including the food and beverage dept. I'd like to especially recognize and thank Lyric in guess services for going that extra mile and getting me coffee from the kitchen at 6 am before the restaurant and Starbucks opened for my morning sunrise beach walk. Even after last years hurricane Helene disaster in taking out coconut Charlie's bar & grill structure the temporary beach bar did the job as they were able to continue to provide excellent service and great food & drinks. I'm looking forward to my next visit and the new one that will soon be built bigger and better than the old one from what the staff told me and the picture I saw posted in the lobby. I highly recommend this property and look forward to my visit.

I have rare lifetime Diamond level status with my Hilton Honors account and this is one of our favorite place to stay. We have been there MANY times over the past 10+ years. We just competed our 1st visit since the hurricane and we were not disappointed. The same great/clean rooms and service as always (the on-site restaurant is excellent). Their ability to keep the same staff is a testament to the organization. If you are considering a west coast trip, I highly recommend it.

Extremely pleased with my recent 5-night stay in May 2025. The hotel looks great inside and out. Room 419 was clean, comfortable, and well-served during our stay. Hurricane Milton devastated this area in Nov 2024; however, Doubletree - Redington Beach has returned to the slice of heaven it has always been. The tell-tale signs of the devastation are only the chain link fence around the beautifully redone pool and the goat trail path to the pool, which is quite easily descended. If you have been hesitating returning to the Doubletree, DON'T HESITATE. They are ready to host your rest and relaxation.

We loved the hotel and plan to return. The pool is terrific and you have easy access to the beach. However there are some drawbacks The elevators move at a snails pace. I was also never informed that there would be a $25 / day charge for parking which is outrageous.
