I stayed three nights. The second night I went to the front desk started the lady yelled at me and accused me of stealing a chair from the room I stayed in. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about. She then threatened to charge me $250. She said that she would review the cameras to verify that I stole the chair. I asked to review the footage with her but she refused to let me. She then yelled at me again. I came back the next day because my keys were deactivated. She then told me the chair was located and made up some excuse as to why the chair mysteriously showed up and ended up back in my room. Also the hallway leading to my room and the room smelled terrible. I will never go back after how badly I was treated and being accused of stealing

The bathroom is a little tight for my tall husband. There were quite a few amenities and lots of good breakfast choices. Raj at the front desk at checkout was a great guy with excellent customer service! I would recommend this hotel for travelers.

Don’t take my word for it Try it for yourself You will not be disappointed I have had many different rooms traveling The Quality in NorthPlatte,Ne is the Greatest Place to Stay They have Great Clean Rooms Great Location Great Quality Pillows,Blankets and Towels the housekeeping is not just GREAT they are AMAZING !!! Great Prices Great Staff So Very Friendly and Kind

No elevator so we asked for 1st floor. King room was spacious. Bed comfortable but 3 chairs need to be replaced! Water was hot! Breakfast had biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, pancakes or make your own waffles, scrambled eggs. Plus hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, O J, coffee machine. Close to food and gas! Easy off & On to I-80. We would stay again.

Raj checked us in late and out ( didn’t stay long ). He was always more than pleasant. My first comment when we got there was goes how clean it was. I know why they have good rating!! The breakfast was very good with lots of good variety. Anyone should be able to find simmering to eat!!
