Seaside Resort

Great ocean view with balcony. Great location so convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was very nice….southern hospitality, especially from Jackie!! We had wonderful food and good golf in the area!! Great weather. The parking garage is terrible. Many people come to golf and have suvs or mini vans. It is probably the worst garage I’ve ever been in. When checking in you enter through the 2nd floor in the parking garage, where the lobby is and the luggage carts. The garage was full and with it the space cramped and big white walls, it was scary and difficult. There is parking across the street. Parking in Myrtle Beach in many places seemed to be cramped also. Hamilton Beach Coffee Pot - leaked and it took 2 days to get it replaced. The replacement was a newer model but also leaked. Lighting in the 2nd bedroom was dim. There was only 1 light on the nightstand and they wouldn’t bring in another light. Dresser in the 2nd bedroom - one drawer was either broken or off the track. Primary bathroom - cracks in the tile, and black scratches on the corner of the mirror. Washer & Dryer in every unit is great. They provide coffee for the entire week. Very small kitchen, but good size refrigerator. The silverware is in a tray under the sink! Who wants to get their silverware from under the sink? Nice space for dining table and living room. Scratchy sheets bothered us with sensitive skin. We complained and they delivered brand new sheets, unopened, and unwashed. We had to wash them and change the bed.

Gorgeous This was a family spring break vacation. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their me time. This condo was very nice. I just wanted to sit and enjoy the view all day

Stayed here from March 11th to the 14th. We didn’t reserve our spot, and were able to get a one bedroom suite. All staff we talked to were friendly and accommodating to our needs and questions. The 14th floor suite was an ocean view that was very clean and had a great view of the beach. The kitchenette had everything that one might need for preparing meals on site. It was walking distance to some restaurants and shopping. The reason for 4 stars is that the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay. We would use this facility again!

Jackie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. She gave us great recommendations on the area. Room was clean, spacious and very accommodating for all 7 of us. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

This place is great and staff is especially helpful and friendly; can't say enough about Jackie and Sharon extremely helpful with any of our needs. The location is also helpful near so much to do especially barefoot landing, axe throwing and shopping

Seaside Resort N. Myrtle Beach Room 502 Parking is challenging, only goes to 4th floor, additional parking across street. Water is HOT. Plenty of hot water, and hot tube and indoor pool are wonderful. A gold star to the maintenance man who keeps the system going. Kitchen area is small (kitchenette) No drawer for silverware, all were in a tray in the cabinet. Outside patio is nice. Plenty of room. Bedrooms are nice, no windows and you could sleep till 11:00 AM if you want. Great !! Place was clean and neat. No big issues, pots and pans, you might want to bring some if you’re doing cooking. Really liked the indoor hot tube, pool and lazy river. Easy access to the beach. One extra nice thing... no clean up when leaving, Just leave keys and gone by 11:00 AM. If you choose this resort you will like it.
