Excellent room, customer service was amazing! Room was nice & clean, smelling fresh, linens clean & neat, beautifully decorated. The front desk representative Jackie was the icing on the cake. She was super kind & referred us to great restaurants in the area & even helped with beach chairs. I would definitely stay again and plan to very soon. This Hotel has a gem in Jackie a true professional!

The unit that we received looked nothing like the unit that we thought we were booking from their website. It was very much outdated and the kitchen was very small with a super tiny sink. Good thing that we weren’t planning to do any cooking the night we were there. It would have been difficult to wash any dishes. Definitely needs updating and the carpet needs to be removed from the main area. The curtains looked like they had been sitting in a drying for hours and were very wrinkled . Super disappointed given what we paid for the night. This was unit 703.

The website shows a beautiful, updated condo with nice finishes and wood flooring. Our room was not like that. The unit was not updated- it had stained carpet, not hardwoods- with aging furniture and very limited lighting in each room. The popcorn ceiling was cracked/peeling in the living room, and the bathroom door in the master bath has suffered water damage and was peeling on the bottom. The bathroom door in the spare bedroom was difficult to close and continuously popped open. The outlets were old and loose and our cords would not stay plugged into most of them. We had several families who also stayed in the building with us and they all paid the same as we did for their units, but theirs were beautiful and updated and matched the images on the website. The staff in the building were very also friendly. Ask questions about your unit after booking just to make sure yours meets your expectations!

This was my first stay at Seaside. I was in contact with Julie the whole time and she was always quick to respond. Key things about the condo, clean, so very roomy, and the view! Not to mention the rooms were solid which means when you left the room you couldn't hear people talking or walking. Nice and quiet. The balcony doors were the most solid doors I have ever had at a condo. The parking was tight, but if you take your time it's not that big of a deal. I drive a Murano so it's not little and had no issues taking my time. Below is some views from the room.

We had a wonderful experience! There were a few maintenance issues that came up but the staff took care of everything really quickly and they were all so kind! Jackie, Tina, Theo, Marlon and Carmen were all wonderful to work with! Hope to visit again soon!

Jackie was working the desk when we arrived. She greeted us with the most pleasant smile and welcoming attitude. She explained the amenities and upon request offered the best local seafood options and things to do in the area. She was fantastic! I took time to thank her prior to departing from the week’s stay and shared a few moments with her. Truly a great person. Thank you, Jackie.
