Suute 907. August 23 to August 30, 2025 Old look, old dark furniture, terrible pots and pans, k- cup coffee maker broken, no beach towels provided, ice maker did not work, advertised fitness center discontinued and locked up even tho website has pics of one, bedrooms had dust balls and cereal under bed and in corners...terrible door design in 1 bedroom....3 doors within 2-3 feet of eachother. Could not use all doors at 1 time!!! Note : I was a condo owner in Marco Islanf, FL. For 5 years. I Did like digit security for room and pool. I stayed in Laugna Keys in 2024 was much, much BETTER.

This is the worst place to stay in MB. We checked in at 4:30, thirty minutes past check in time, beds in two of the three rooms were not made. We contacted housekeeping and they came and made the beds. The next day at 2:30pm the rental company called to tell us we had to vacate the space due to bed bug infestation, which they knew about before we checked in. They never offered to find us another place to stay , just told us we had to check out. We lost our golf times and beach times and had to drive back to Atlanta that afternoon as there were no rooms at the inn. This Resort and Vacasa (rental company) are not to be trusted. We will never return to Myrtle Beach because of them.

We had several minor issues with items in the condo, but for the most part we were able to get them addressed quickly and easily. It was easy to communicate with Vacasa via phone and text message. The dishwasher malfunctioned and could not be repaired, but the service response was very quick, and we were provided a generous refund for our inconvenience. Beach access was very quick and easy on foot. We would definitely stay there again.

Best condo yet.
The condo was very quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The only unexpected item was the green kids slime someone had thrown on the ceiling. We got it off very easily, it was just surprising. Would live there if I could. Definitely will return for another stay.

The stay was pretty good. I had issues with check-in. I never received the code to my door through email and had to call and get it directly from the property. This occurred twice because when I chose to extend my stay for two nights, was not able to stay in the same unit and it happened during my second check-in as well.

We have stayed in several different condos at this property. Some are outdated but 706 has been updated with leather furniture, recently painted, new tile, walk in shower, very nice bedroom furniture. We enjoyed the view and this unit is very close to the elevators. The motion leather furniture is very comfortable because the sleeper sofas in units do not sit well. All entry doors are coded so remember to take your phone or remember the codes. I like that the pool area has sun or shade. We plan to return and book this unit in the fall.
