Crescent Keyes by Elliott Beach Rentals

We rented our unit from Condo World; which I must say is a top notch realty. They answered any and all questions I had before arrival. We stayed on the 6th floor. Our unit was immaculate. The owners of this unit have put a lot of time and effort into the unit and visitors can tell. They had a closet full of toys and a beach chair. The unit also has a closet with games and even books you could read in the living room. The unit was very clean and was plenty spacious for our group. Nothing in this unit had been left undone. Each bedroom had ample space as well as a bathroom. The grounds is the hotel were kept very clean, as well as the pool area. We would definitely stay here again, and would rent from Condo World.

We normally go to Myrtle Beach every year for our family vacation. This year we stayed at Crescent Keyes. From day one this was the worst condos we have stayed at. The staff could not be found for any assistance and they had maintenance going on up front which was really an eyesore as it appears they started working and stopped right in the middle But my review goes to one particular incident regarding one particular staff member The staff member claimed to be the parking lot manager. I drove a 15 passenger van as usual. Typically if your vehicle clears the crossbar at the entrance to the parking deck then your vehicle is allowed to park. My vehicle cleared the crossbar which was not marked at all by clearance height. So I park in a parking spot that is actually at the end of the 1st parking level not even covered by the parking lot deck completely away from hindering any other guests from parking. So this manager seen us arrive on Saturday and never said anything about our vehicle. So on Monday the 4th I go down to the van to get something and notice I have a tow sticker on my headlight saying the vehicle is to tall. I looked around and saw three other vehicles just as tall as mine but they did not have stickers on them. Let me say this is our church van so it had our church name on the van. So I go back upstairs to call the rental agency and they can’t help me. So I go back down to the vehicle so I could move it and noticed another tag placed on the vehicle saying that it was parked in an illegal parking space but another vehicle parked directly across from me in the exact same type of space but didn’t have no tag on it. So as I’m pulling my vehicle out to move it I encounter the so called manager who stated that he didn’t want to argue with me and I hadn’t even said anything. My sons talked to him and he stated that he had already talked to the other vehicle owners as he had called them. Their vehicle was never moved or sticker Ed. The so called manager never reached out to me at all like he said he did for the other owners. He told my sons that he would ruin my vacation. I’m a guest and you are going to threaten to ruin my vacation. Very unprofessional and unacceptable I moved the vehicle and contacted the HOA for the property and nothing happened. The rental agency offered me a coupon for pizza for my inconvenience LOL. A pizza coupon does not make up for rude and unprofessional behavior of a so called manager who has let his authority go to his head I will never stay at Crescent Keyes again. I will also be sending a letter to HOA and having my family members write reviews also Worst Stay Ever!!!!
