We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas. Parking: Easy access private parking. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up stairs to the 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Spacious with plenty of seating. Access to oceanview balcony A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel. Bedroom 1: King bed! TV. Bathroom attached. Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Bedroom 2: Two beds - bunk style! Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway. Balcony: Peaceful view. Seating on balcony. Beach: Across the street from the complex! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Wednesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 5. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement.2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
