I’ve stayed at many different hotels in Miami. But this hotel is my favorite to stay! What sets this hotel apart from the others, is the consistently exceptional customer service. In particular, front desk agents Reynolda and Ismael promptly took care of my reservations without a minute wasted. After a long day of work and travel, I truly appreciate the stellar customer service!

Pool handicapped chair lift missing battery and controller. Put my 31 year old quadriplegic sons safety in jeopardy as I had to carry him in and out of pool on slippery tile.

This hotel is decent considering the nightly rate but nothing more. If you need to be close to North Miami you can stay here. Otherwise, there is no reason to stay here.

Once again with several choices in the area to stay we continue to stay at this location. Cleanliness and your staff make it what it is. Seeing long lasting employees speaks volumes. This last time Bryan at the front desk was super helpful. Your front desk always makes us feel welcome upon our often weekend getaways. Your maintenance staff too always courteous and will step aside letting the guest feel first. So thank you guys at this BW location.

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times and always had a good stay, The location is perfect right on the US1 and not far from the i-95. The rooms are great and the beds comfortable for a good night's sleep. The staff are always helpfull especially Tangela on the front desk. Always feel in good hands at this hotel over the years, And no doubt i will be back again next year.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the consistently cold and impersonal demeanor of the staff. From check-in to check-out, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and genuine hospitality. Interactions felt transactional and devoid of any personal touch. Furthermore, the staff displayed a distinct lack of interest in assisting guests. Requests were met with indifference, and there seemed to be a general unwillingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and positive experience. Their lack of proactiveness and disengagement significantly detracted from the overall stay. Unfortunately, the unfriendliness and unhelpfulness of the staff created a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. While the hotel itself might have its merits, the service fell far short of expectations. I hope management addresses this issue to foster a more guest-centric and hospitable environment for future visitors.
