I stayed here years ago, and it was great. It's just a bit further from the CBD, so I'd been staying in the CBD, but places there kept getting worse and more expensive. Meanwhile, Turnkey was unchained: good location, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and it has some character.

1 aircon unit (living hall) service 3 areas (2 bedrooms and living hall)
Toilet door is spoil
Toilet door does not have lock
Very high operation police station nearby. Especially at night
Highly no recommended .

The location is excellent and it is located near the University of Melbourne. There is a tram downstairs to the city center for a few stops, which is very convenient.

The room, environment, service, and hygiene are all good, especially the location is very good! The apartment is recommended! Important reminder: When I booked, I thought it was a hotel, but when I arrived, there was no front desk, no sign, and I couldn't enter the apartment. I must contact the landlord in advance to confirm the time to get the key (it's the Airbnb model)!

Service was excellent, place was a bit grotty, marks on doors and walls and bathrooms could of been alot cleaner. Amenities excellent and location was great 👍

Clean,comfortable, specious. Kitchen had everything what you need, everything was provided by the landlord. Washing machine and dryer worked very well. We were happy with this accommodation.

The room facilities are great and the housekeeper is very nice. It is also very close to the CBD and has convenient transportation. No shortcomings
It's a bit noisy after opening the window, because opposite is the Melbourne Hospital, and ambulances come in and out from time to time. Can't hear it with the window closed.
