Attentive staff made sure we were set up with all comforts; spa tub in room was welcomed after achy travels. Be prepared to feed the bush turkeys and listen to the other rainforest birds as you dive into nature here. Was a little confused at first with the office and private residence doors - just read signs carefully ~ Oops 😬 Laundry options on sight and everything was excellent really!

A wonderful escape for a few days with peace and quiet in a great location. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with an ample supply of breakfast goodies both in refrigerator and fresh. The wood fire was set to light and ample of wood for our 3 night stay. Staff were all very friendly. Some wildlife was apparent. A great place to celebrate our 40 th anniversary.

We have just arrived home from our second stay and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing relaxing stay and can't wait to go again! Amazing service, yummy hot croissants delivered fresh daily. The breakfast hamper and BBQ hamper was delicious. Such a cosy comfy place to relax and wind down. This place has it all from a fireplace, heater, spa, most comfy bed and everything you need to not have to leave for the weekend. Thank you so much to the friendly owners and family we were certainly spoilt.

Our stay in the Rosella Villa was pure bliss. The huge bed, spa bath, and private hammock overlooking the lush rainforest created an idyllic setting for relaxation. The villa was impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. We especially appreciated the daily breakfast hampers and the warm hospitality of the hosts, Ali and Xochi. A truly unforgettable retreat!

For all those guests who have left reviews before hand that I read when researching - you all didn’t disappoint. We choose here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary (after a lot of researching), and we concur with everyone else’s comments. This place is everything we wanted plus so much more! Thank you to both Ali, Kochi and family for sharing such a beautiful part of the world. From cheese platter on arrival, a very generous breakfast hamper, (best butter sticks ever) deep plunge pool, indigenous art table book, coffee machine, deep bath, location to awesome restaurants, netflix, comfy and warm bed, birds that visited our balcony, wood fire, the creek, and the immaculate cleanliness of the accom. ^ I could keep listing, but you should get my drift. This was perfect and we look forward to visiting again.

Had a lovely mid-week stay at the Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat. The cabin was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and spa bath, bedroom and large bathroom with double shower, as well as the deck with BBQ. We took advantage of one of the packages offered - 'Hinterland Highlights' which was perfect with most food and some activities organised for us to simply enjoy. The food hampers were very generous. We especially enjoyed the picnic hamper that we took to Maleny Botanical Gardens (wine, cheese, crackers, salami, salad, fruit, bread, juice, and chocolates) and the BBQ hamper (steaks, sausages, baked potatoes, garlic bread, salad, ice creams) that was delivered to our cabin. The breakfast hamper was good as well, complimented with fresh croissants each morning. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the relaxing stay and chance to explore the area.

It was our third time staying at Narrows and each time has been an amazing experience - the attention to detail with helping organise in room massages (on each stay), helping select activities, and the finer small surprises with attention to details such as ready to make espresso martinis, the complimentary bottle of sherry, the ready-to-light fireplace, the daily delivered hot croissants in the heater bag, the cheese platter on arrival and the brekky hamper with all the Maleny supplied wares, the warmed magnesium pool set into the middle of the forest were all part of the magic, only matched by the friendly effortless service of Ali and Xochi. Deserves 6 stars if there was a rating!!

We booked a romantic 2 night package in the white cockatoo room and it was definitely worth it. The food and drinks available on arrival and throughout our stay, plus all of the care taken with our whole weekend, from organizing an in room massage, to dinner out in Montville, nothing was an issue at all. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend trip away!
