I stayed here quite a long time ago and planned to do a 3 day Rinjano trek, and paid in advance. When I got to my room I noticed it was infested with bed bugs. I stayed up all night so I didn't get them biting me or in my luggage. I asked for a refund in the morning for the tour even willing to pay the one night's 'sleep'. The owner tried avoiding me persistently and ignoring my requests. I ended up having to shout im front of the other guests, threatening police or bad reviews. Only after a lot of hassle did I get a partial refund. This guy is only out to extract money from tourists and cares nothing for the service he provides. Avoid paying for a tour on the Gili Islands and book it when you arrive at a more professional company.
