Quality Inn & Suites North Little Rock

I stayed here for 4 days a while ago when I was visiting my family. Honestly the place was a bit of a dump. There was bags of trash outside the rooms and the lock on my door was loose. As a single girl I wasn't really happy about that so I made them give me another room. The next room I got was pretty run down. All of the stuff in the room was old and there were some stains on the floor. I didn't really care much about that because it was really cheap and just a place to pass out after partying with my cousins. The bathroom wasn't so bad but I did notice that the sheets on the beds were a bit stained so I just picked the least stained one. By the time I noticed it was 3am and I just wanted to crash. They didn't do any cleaning and they just left the stained sheets on. I wasn't gonna argue about that because I did wet the bed on one of the nights and I was glad not to get charged. The other thing that was bad was there was some sketchy looking guys hanging around outside giving me the eye when I came in and that made me pretty uncomfortable. This area of town is not the best and I didn't really feel safe coming in very late at night. Once I was in the room it was ok. Most of the druggies hang around outside. On my next family trip I stayed at the Motel 6 across the road and it was better but more expensive. I probably will come back to this place if I can get it really cheap. Yeah it's a dump but it's a cheap dump and I can handle it if I'm gonna be out partying all the time.

Don’t go, they are money hungry and will not help you with anything. Their hotels are not where you want to stay, at all. Spend the extra dollars and treat yourself better, please!

When pictures lie When we checked in the lobby smelled like crack smoke, the room had dead bed bugs on the wall, the pictures didn’t look nothing like the room. We didn’t stay and wanted a refund , they kept say it’s up to the hotel manager but how is that far when I didn’t stay at your hotel and the service was hobble

I walked into the room (around 11pm) and stepped in something sticky and black on the floor. I went to the front desk and asked me for a mop to clean it. I drove 9 hours that day and did not expect to have to clean my own room. In the morning, I went down for breakfast There was a dead (thankfully) roach by the counter near the food. Someone also tried to steal our car off of the tow dolly overnight.
