This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. The area has a boarded up Red Roof and other properties appear abandoned. The hotel property is littered with trash everywhere. As I approached the lobby, a VERY strong smell of curry hit me. The front desk woman was efficient but lacked any friendly welcome. The room smelled !! The A/C was noisy; the shower curtain was falling down. The nearby ice maker and hallway noise was to load to sleep soundly. At 7:30am I went to the lobby for breakfast; the only tray of eggs was almost empty and dried up. I went to the desk and asked when more food would be brought out. The girls response was, "It takes too long to make." There was nothing edible remaining, so I went to the nearby Barrel. If possible, I would rate this property a perfect ZERO.

The hotel itself is in a run down area. It was late and we didn’t have a choice but to stop. The staff were nice, the room was okay. Hotel needs updating and repairs desperately. Breakfast was blah, scrambled eggs, Waffles, cereal, pastries. We had to park our moving truck in the gravel lot next door. The problem is when we went to leave we found someone drilled a hole in our gas tank and stole gas! we were stuck for an extra day having to swap out all of our belongings between moving trucks. There was nothing quality about this stay at all.

Semil ,Nirav,and Mayuri showed so much hostility and resolved issue i created by leaving some property behind that was very expensive (property worth 567$)Those three wonderful,respectful Front desk representatives deserve all the premonition the company can give because those three are top rated hands down.Not to mention the great location,perfect and clean building inside and out,lol I mean you know it was all together totally an amazing experience ❤️

The front-desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Not enough breakfast options for vegetarians. Overall, the hotel looked very dated. There were apparent burns/holes in one bedspread. There appeared to be some sort of bodily fluid or lotion of some sort on the seat of one chair that had to be wiped off. This stay was our 3rd of 4 Choice Hotels facility to stay at over 10 days. The beds here were the least comfortable. At the check-in desk, there was a rather creepy sign about guests within 50 miles paying security deposit. The hotel is located in a more industrial area of Little Rock.

We could not stay at this hotel. We drove through multiple homeless people wandering around (an encampment) directly in front of the hotel. While I understand that is not the fault of the hotel, this is not something that we would have known from the reviews. We asked for a refund at the front desk before we checked in but were told we were outside the window for cancellation. We also contacted Choice Hotels and they say it is out of their hands. We left and booked another hotel a few miles down the road. Hopefully this will save someone from having our same experience.

Note: I assign a 4 rating to chain hotels that live up to expectations for the chain. This location is what a Quality Inn is supposed to be. Check in and check out was, as customary, friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable, wifi OK but a touch slow as is normal. I appreciate a room that has a fully enclosed bath instead of enclosed loo and shower with the sink in the bedroom. The free hot breakfast was the full range of usual eggs and meats and make-your-own waffles--some of the Quality Inns seem to have discontinued the eggs. Choice Hotels will continue to be my first choice.
